
Chilli Chocolate Chefs are an established chef sister act in the culinary world of KwaZulu-Natal. Established 5 years ago, the chefs are graduates from two of South Africa’s renowned Chef Schools, Christina Martin and Fusion Cooking School. They have between them over 15 years of experience under their belts including stints at Sage Restaurant, Sprigs, Makaranga Lodge, Fusion Cafe, Refresh and Fashion TV to mention a few. The restless chefs yearned for greater challenges .. and in 2009 they took the plunge and set up a catering company with a difference. 2009 saw Zainab and Faatimah Paruk proudly launched Chilli Chocolate Chefs, a foodie company that combines catering, training, food innovations, foodie gifting, and more.
