Haniefa Gaibe is a Civil Engineer specialising in Transportation and Traffic Engineering. She is the Head of Department for the Transport Network Management section in the City of Cape Town and now Acting Manager of Revenue Streams. She is a wife, a mother of 4, an entrepreneur and recently started a bursary fund.
Haniefa is the first female to take up the position of directly managing some of the City’s depots, traditionally considered a “man’s job.
